As Chief Operations Officer, Diane is a highly experienced and results-oriented executive

with 20+ years in healthcare. She has a proven track record of optimizing operations, driving strategic growth, and delivering top-tier leadership to ensure sustainable organizational success.

Patricia has worked in the areas of bilingual/ESL instruction and World Languages for 30 years. As the Multilingual Department Director in Hays CISD she works every day to provide students with opportunities to expand their access to multilingualism so they can be successful, globally aware citizens.

Nadine is an educational consultant with 26 years of experience in public education. Her work has focused on supporting children with disabilities, ensuring equitable and accessible learning for all.

Corina is a pediatric occupational therapist with a clinical doctorate focused on self-regulation in preschoolers. She currently works in outpatient pediatric care and consults with IDEA Public Schools through The Shine Network.

Vanessa is a dedicated community leader and longtime advocate for children and education in the Hays County area. A Hays CISD trustee since 2017, she provides steady leadership for students and families. During her tenure, Vanessa is committed to advancing equitable learning, social and emotional well-being, and mental health support.

Hayden is the founder of Prosise Law, PLLC, where he represents businesses and individuals in complex civil litigation and high-stakes disputes across Texas. His practice focuses on contract disputes, consumer protection, business torts, and real estate litigation, with a strategic, detail-driven approach aimed at winning leverage early and positioning cases for trial.
